MachTech&InnoTech Expo 2019 is approaching. With each passing day, we are getting closer and closer to the time when Hoffman will present their Service technology center to the public.
In Hall 3, Stand A1, from 15 to 18 April, the visitors of the exhibition will know more about the Technology Service Center, proving competent and fast customer services in various areas. Among them are laser welds on metals and non-metals with ALPHA Laser 200, courses in polishing, blasting, construction of profile turning saws according to a drawing.
The Services Center also offers fabrication and sharpening of standard and out-of-standard instruments from HSS and HM, for processing of metal and wood with a latest generation five axial grinding machine SCHÜTTE 325 LINEAR, OERLIKON PVD Coatings, Laboratory for measurement of the geometry of tools, the thickness of the PVD coating and its adhesion and filament erosion with top accuracy of the latest generation MITSUBISHI-MV 1200S Tubular drive.
Hoffman’s professionals offer precision and good quality of the treated surfaces and high processing speed which is an advantage for the pricing. In addition, they focus their efforts on the processing of surfaces at a large angle with high precision, flexible programming, allowing for the production of details with a complex shape and short execution times.
