STRATONS presents a level sensor, intelligent LED lighting and Ex terminal boxes at MACHTECH & INNOTECH EXPO 2026
What do reliable level monitoring, clear visual signalling and the protection of electrical installations have in common? All three are essential for the safe and efficient operation of modern industrial systems. At MACHTECH & INNOTECH EXPO 2026, STRATONS will present three technological solutions addressing different challenges in automation, machinery and industrial safety.
When level detection needs to work regardless of the medium
Among the innovations on display will be the CleverLevel® LBFS 2 Next Gen by Baumer – a point level sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. The technology provides reliable detection across different media, from liquids and water-based mixtures to bulk materials, powders, foam, as well as sticky and viscous media.
The sensor’s versatility allows it to be used for dry-run pump protection, overflow protection, leak detection and distinguishing foam from the medium, including in CIP processes.
What if lighting needs to do more than illuminate?
ICOTEK TUBE combines LED lighting with a signalling function for machines and automated systems. The compact lighting solution features a 360° rotatable housing, IP67 protection rating and a standard M12 connection, making it easy to integrate into both new and existing machines.
Depending on the configuration, the RGB/RGW versions can also provide visual signalling of machine status. The option for cascade connection further expands the system’s range of applications.
This allows one compact solution to combine two functions – lighting and signalling.
When the environment requires special protection
For applications in potentially explosive atmospheres, STRATONS will present the Multibox MBA Ex-i aluminium terminal boxes. They are designed for electrical installations in industrial environments where explosive concentrations of gases, vapours or dust may be present.
The solutions are suitable for Ex Zones 1 and 2 in the presence of gases and vapours, as well as Ex Zones 21 and 22 in dusty environments, including demanding and challenging industrial applications
