The OPTIPLEX FIBER III series will be offered to the Bulgarian and foreign public by the Stil Lazer Bulgaria company. From September 13 to 16, she will set up her stand at MachTech&InnoTech 2022 exhibition.
The company emphasis will fall on OPTIPLEX 3015 FIBER III 6 kw. The innovative Stil Laser Bulgaria machine also offers 2.0 kW, 4.0 kW, 6.0 kW, 8.0 kW and 10.0 kW fiber laser power options.
The OPTIPLEX FIBER III series, thanks to the beam length, which is 1/10 shorter than CO2 laser systems, offers precise cutting of various materials such as copper, brass and aluminum, which are problematic to cut with standard laser processing machines.

Mazak multifunctional cutting head, a standard Mazak option, for optimal cutting at high speed and with extreme precision, which can be used by automatic effective adjustment for both thin sheets and thick plates.
Smart monitoring features
Intelligent monitoring functions show the status of laser processing. The laser processing head is equipped with a sensor that detects punctures and defects. If there is an abnormality, the operation is corrected to ensure high-quality cutting. If another more serious problem is detected, cutting stops automatically to protect the machine from damage.

The industrial machine is equipped with a touch-screen CNC, and MAZATROL PREVIEW G improves operations and reporting time.
