The ROBOT extruder of the German company Hertz is a technical novelty in the industrial robotization. It will be among the highlights of the company’s exhibition during the MachTech & InnoTech Expo 2019 – from 15 to 18 April at Inter Expo Center.
“By connecting to 3 to 5-6 axis system and using of plastic welding wire, thread for 3D printing or granulate, the robot extruder provides new opportunities for the connection of thermoplastic plastic parts and additive production through 3D printing”, the company reported.
“ROBOT” parameters ensure the avoidance of the so-called “human” errors. This allows for:
– Fast simultaneous production of a whole series of identical products
– Flawless and continuous welding seam
– A large 3D printing area
– Capacity – up to 0.8 kg/hour
For the industry, Hertz manufacture and offer high quality filament for 3D printing from PLA, ABS, PETG, PA 6.66, ASA, PC, PC/PBTP, PMMA, PVA, TPS, HIPS.
“The production process is strictly controlled and adaptable to specific users’ requests”, explain company representatives; the products offered by the company can be seen in Hall 2, Stand D13.
