X-Guard is a completely new range of machine guard that complies with the Machinery Directive’s demands on permanent guards from 29 December, 2009. With its wide range of standard components and accessories, X-Guard is guaranteed to cover all possible machine guard applications or needs.
The machine guards are built around a standard design with regard to panels, posts, accessories and colour. Equipped with a modular construction, all X-Guard products have many smart combinations to allow for quick access to machinery, warehouses etc. This makes it easier for the client to complement existing guards if required.
Axelent also has a new machine guard, X-Guard Contour, which is the first machine guard with round corners. The new shapes allow the machine guards to be an attractive yet integrated part of the whole. With X-Guard Contour more ‘friendly’ design, customers don’t have to deal with square corners that take up unnecessary space, and they’ll get a machine guard that smoothly fits in the production environment.
