By putting the versatility and the stability of the operation in the first place, the exhibitor will put the emphasis on the drill with interchangeable plates D3120. The cutter head is equipped with hard-alloy tangential plates.
The achieved best balancing ensures high drilling precision. The hardened and polished body contributes for the more stable process, easier removal of the filings and the long service life of the tool. The product has the same shape for central and peripheral plate. The full range of varieties and geometries ensures stability during the processing of any material.
With a four blade cutting edge, the drill bit D3120 allows for 50% higher feed rate, up to ten times longer lifespan, 2xDc, 3XDc and 4xDc lengths and diameters from 16 to 42mm. The process safety is secured by attaching the plates with Torx Plus screws. The proposals of V&D International will be available in Hall 4, stand C9.
