Pneumatics occupies an important place in the various sectors of the industry. Therefore, quite logically, it is one of the elements on which MachTech&InnoTech is emphasized. In search of solutions for their production, the attendees of the exhibition will get to know the rich portfolio of Sofiana‘s offers in Hall 3, Stand A18.
MAG products are listed. Sofiana is a representative of the company that develops, manufactures and supplies distribution and regulating valves for directing products in pneumatic air systems. The valves are available with electromagnetic or manual control and sizes G1/8”, G1/4”, G1/2”.
MAG manufactures pneumatic cylinders conforming to ISO 15522, ISO 21287, ISO 6432, CETOP RP43P and CETOP RP53P standards for pneumatic systems. Special cylinders designed and manufactured to the customer’s request are also available. In addition to cylinders, MAG also manufactures air conditioning groups in sizes G1/8”, G1/4”, G3/8”, G1/2”, G3/4” and G1”. They are used to filter, regulate pressure and spray lubricants (to protect various system elements) in pneumatic systems.

Parker Hannifin pneumatics are well known both in the Bulgarian and international industrial circles. As a distributor of the company, participating in the MachTech&InnoTech 2022 exhibition, Sofiana focuses on the Parker Origa line, specialized in the development and production of industrial automation devices.
OSP-P cylinders are universal rodless pneumatic cylinders. Thanks to their adaptability and wide applicability, they are an optimal solution with many industrial applications. They are widely used in positional mode of operation, in reciprocating movements and for carrying out moving operations. The cylinders are available in various special designs: ATEX for potentially explosive areas, clean room design in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14644-1, in stainless steel for special applications or with a special pneumatic damping system to optimize the cycle time.
The OSP-E models are electric linear drives with toothed belt or screw pair for linear and multi-axis systems. They are characterized by easy installation and maintenance. Various modules from the OSP module system can be added to them. Screw-pair drives have high impact forces, path and position precision, and repeatability of motion. Models with a toothed belt are characterized by high speeds, high reliability and precise movements.
