A combination of optimal solutions allowing you to maximize production results. This is the electronic Safan E-Brake 100-3100 Premium Press Brake, which will be presented by Proxys at MachTech&InnoTech Expo 2019 from 15 to 18 April.
The servo-electric SafanDarley Press Brake comes with a full electric drive. The Lenze servomotors implemented are controlled by inverters and allow fast and reliable operation of the system.
The machine consumes electricity only when the beam is actually moving downwards. This result has been achieved thanks to the fact that the beam is returned upwards through springs.
“One of the main advantages of the machine is that when it is stationary, it does not consume electricity because the system does not have a pump, unlike hydraulic press brakes,” the company reported. Electricity consumption can be up to 50% lower.
