Filters that can be used on different types of machines and in all processing processes. These are the DARWIN series air purification filters, which will be presented by the G. Oil Expert at MachTech & InnoTech 2019.
“The DARWIN Series is a range of centrifugal filters for air purification, containing oil mists, micro fog and smoke, obtained by using lubricating and cooling liquids – emulsion or pure oil”, informed from the company.
The filters, which will be the highlight in the presentation of the company, can be used with almost all machine tools in all processing processes. Available in four sizes with three different interchangeable filtering technologies. The filtration capacity is from 600 to 3000 m3/h, in a different combination, to increase the efficiency of the process to 99.97%.
Two-Stage Filtration
The DARWIN Series uses a combination of two-stage filtration: Dynamic (provided by centrifugation rotation) and static (with integrated post-filtration system) to achieve high results.
The products of this system have high recondensation and drainage capacity. The over-pressure inside the filter is used to continuously release the coolant, which can then be collected and recycled.
