The MOTOMAN GP8 will be present by Aramet Robotics. The machine is product by Yaskawa. MOTOMAN GP8 is a compact and high-speed handling robot which provides a payload of 8 kg. The 6-axis robot was developed for particularly fast joining, packaging and general handling applications. This makes it suitable for application in almost every aspect in the industry. Easy set-up and maintenance and a wrist structure with great environment resistance improve efficiency in installation, operation and maintenance of equipment.
Anti-Corrosive painting of the GP8 ACC allows the robot to be used in environments with corrosive atmosphere such as acids, alkali and vapours. Food grade grease allows the GP8 FGG robot to be used in food related applications in secondary and tertiary packaging.
The handling robot MOTOMAN GP8 received the distinction “Red Dot” in 2018. Introduced as the fastest industrial robot in its class, the awarded Motoman GP8 is completely executed in protective class IP67. It can thus be used without further modification in harsher environments for handling and ther automation tasks. Its slender and curvaceous design allows the manipulator to delve deep into the workspace and smooth surfaces facilitate the cleaning of the robot.
Only one robot cable is needed to connect manipulator and control unit. The advantages of this solution lie in less wear and a smaller footprint, as well as reduced expenses for maintenance and spare parts inventory.
