The forum is spread over more than 10,000 sq m at Inter Expo Center
On Monday, April 15, Inter Expo Center open doors for the international exhibition MachTech & InnoTech Expo, which is dedicated to machinery and innovation in metalworking. It will continue until 18 April. Robots, automation, 3D printing, and high-tech metalworking machines will be among the main highlights.
This edition of the International Business Forum, which is the 11th consecutive one is the largest ever. 190 companies, from Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Austria, the Czech Republic and Greece will participate in four exhibition halls with a total area of more than 10,000 sq.m., presenting products and services by over 400 global brands
The Robotic Training Module and the accompanying program
The KUKA ready2_educate robotic training module will be among the most interesting company exhibits. Its capabilities will be demonstrated throughout the exhibition days.
A proof of the high tec level of modern industry will be the capabilities of the machinery and products that will be shown during the accompanying program. The visitors will understand how small details improve productivity. Materials and precision measuring instruments will be tested live by using specialized machines for testing in the conditions of fire, compression and bending. There will be a presentation of the features of the latest generation of air purifiers.
To minimize the risks, special attention will be paid on solutions for simulation of production processes. A new generation of metalworking products will use the forum as a platform for their premiere. The attending public will be introduced to the novelties in the digitization of the industrial phases. The attention of the experts will be captivated by the visions and recommendations for Manufacturing 4.0.
3D printing, robotization and impressive machines
The 3D printing trends to be been observed over the last decade, include a technology without which modern production is unthinkable. MachTech&InnoTech Expo 2019 will be a technology hub for the latest developments in this area. Exhibitors will present welding extruders and 3D printing for fast production. The qualities of 3D printers working with liquid resin will be presented for the needs of jewelry, education and dental medicine. There will be demonstrated product customizing machines. To illustrate the capabilities of 3D printing, exhibitors will present components produced by a technology that makes it possible to produce industrial prototypes, end products, spare parts, tools, die casting and extrusion molds, parts for manufacturing industrial tires and for the automotive industry, wear-resistant components, complex metal details and others.
There will an important focus also be on robots that are at the center of the next-generation work ambience, combining computers, artificial intelligence and information technologies that are used jointly in smart factories. For the purpose of arc welding, the properties of integrated robotic solutions will be presented. “Under the spotlight” are the robots for precise and repetitive tasks that have a direct interaction with human activity. MachTech & InnoTech Expo 2019 will also present the high value of robotization in milling of stone, metal, wood, plastics and composites. Robots with 360 ° working range will also be highlighted.
There will be presented the next generation of metalworking machines. Participants will present fully automated settings and innovative software. Detailed information will be provided for high-performance electrical power cutters by optimizing processes and integrated technologies. Responding to today’s requirements, energy-efficient shot-blasting machines and equipment will be in the focus. The latest generation of laser tubes and high-performance laser machines will also be demonstrated, providing high quality details for complex contours as well as cutting-edge CNC lathes.
Exhibitors will demonstrate precision lathes with robotic pallet stations. THE Professional audiences will find fiber laser markers, as well as the last generation of laser marker systems, among which will be the smallest and most compact offers.
Companies from Austria and the Czech Republic – with collective participations
The international character of the MachTech & InnoTech Expo exhibition is complemented by the collective participations of companies from Austria and the Czech Republic. Austrian companies focus on smart products, filtering and air humidification systems, technological proposals to optimize logistics processes, powertrain, crane and lifting equipment as well as innovative machine tools for the industry. The main focus in the Czech collective participation will be the industrial processes, their management and their proper maintenance.
MachTech & InnoTech 2019 will once again create a platform for developing current and creating new business partnerships and contacts. The Forum will bring together business representatives from the Balkans and Eastern Europe from 15 to 18 April at Inter Expo Center, Sofia.
From April 15 to April 17, the doors are open to visitors from 10.00 to 18.00 and, on the last day of the exhibition – until 17.00.
