On 14th of September, the industrial sector will witness an International Conference on the Transformation of Modern Industry. In a hybrid format, the event will be held at the Inter Expo Center as part of the accompanying program of MachTech & InnoTech, specializing in the sectors of metalworking, industrial technology and automation.
The international conference “Challenges to the transformation of the industry” will meet us with leading speakers from Bulgaria and abroad. The specialists will present their visions and expectations for the development of the industrial sector. The international event is organized jointly by Inter Expo Center, the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Mechanical Engineering.
In a live online John Harkin, Senior Policy Advisor in a presentation by Ceemet will present the perspective of the European Employers’ Organization, representing the interests of the metalworking, engineering and technology-based industries.
Science and business
The connection between science and business in the digital transformation is the focus of the participation of Prof. Dr. Eng. Iliya Zhelezarov, Rector of TU-Gabrovo. Eng. Petar Katsarov, Motion Control Manager at Siemens Digital Industries, presents “Digitalization in Action” through the SINUMERIK ONE system.
What are the digital solutions for accelerating and facilitating everyday industrial processes, we will find out in the presentation of the three professionals Michael Dick – from Siemens digital industries software, Georgi Bahchevanov and Georgi Stoyanov from Soltech. Immediately after that we will find out what are the new trends in metalworking, thanks to Eng. Nishan Bazdigyan – Manager of RAIS.
Modern systems and industrial robots
The second panel will give the attendees the opportunity to get acquainted with the practical application of modern systems for management of production processes in “VSK Centaur-IZ Dynamics”. This will happen thanks to the expertise of Mariana Pecheyan – managing “VSK Centaur” and “VSK Centaur – IZ Dynamics”.
Then, in an online inclusion, Adrian Bazavan of DG Trade will present the new Access2Markets portal, a one-stop shop developed by DG TRade at the European Commission. The event will end with an extremely important topic for the whole industry, namely – the challenges of implementing industrial robots in production. This will happen thanks to Svetoslav Vassilev, SIVIKO.
