New possibilities for easy preventive maintenance and repair of injection molds will be presented to the visitors at the exhibition of MachTech & InnoTech Expo, which opens its doors at Inter Expo Center from 15 to 18 April. The company TECH INDUSTRY BULGARIA will present at their stand mobile devices of Cleantower Optisystem series.
Cleantower Optisystem are mobile devices for washing of cooling channels of injection molds, injection dies, heat exchangers, tempering devices, water systems, etc. They impress with the fact that they flush independently the tempering loops of dies and injection molds, removing persisting deposits of rust and scale stone without the need to disassemble the tool. Thanks to their qualities restoration of cooling, faster cycles and easy maintenance are achieved.
“Everywhere where there is circulating water, oils and other fluids, problems arise related to the deposition of scale stone, rust or other impurities. The major application of these appliances is in the production of plastic, rubber or rubber products “, commented from the company. The Cleantower Optisystem series devices remove rust and descaling and help to apply corrosion protection from within the cooling channels. During the MachTech & InnoTech the model Cleantower 7000 will be presented. The latest addition to the series has a new design and offers many additional services. Among the advantages is the built-in flowmeter. It allows the instrument flow to be measured before and after cleaning. The flow rate shown in a liter/minute, as well as the Ph-value of the solution can be monitored on the display. After cleaning, the protocol for each individual instrument is saved and it can be attached to the documentation. The possibility of diagnostics in order to detect cracks or leakage in the tool is also advantageous.
The device has a multifunctional application. Cleantower 7000 washes the entire cooling system together with the tool without it being detached from the machine without having every time to disassemble the whole mold.
