BULGARIAN ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATION (BAMAS)

The Bulgarian Association for Additive Manufacturing (BAMAS) is a national platform bringing together companies, professionals, researchers, academic institutions and innovators working in the fields of additive manufacturing, 3D printing, digital design and related technologies.

The initiative to establish the association began in 2025 in response to the need for better coordination, cooperation and international visibility of the Bulgarian sector. BAMAS aims to create a unified environment in which business, academia and the technology community can work together to develop a competitive and innovative additive manufacturing ecosystem in Bulgaria.

The mission of BAMAS is to support the development of additive manufacturing in Bulgaria by promoting innovation, knowledge and expertise exchange, joint research and development initiatives, professional training, and the creation of new industrial partnerships.

The association works to strengthen the international representation of Bulgarian companies and professionals and to build sustainable relationships with European and global organisations, technology centres and industry partners.
