It is important to specify that it is the Siviko RoboMOD palletizer that will be among the highlights of SIVIKO’s participation at the MachTech&InnoTech 2026 exhibition at Inter Expo Center from October 6 to 9. The system, which is available in four different sizes – S, M, L and XL, will be found in Hall 2, Stand A7.
The series utilizes FANUC industrial robots with a payload range of up to 150 kg and speeds up to 13+ cycles per minute. Its modular architecture allows for fast mechanical and electrical assembly, minimizing commissioning time. One also has the flexibility to integrate additional modules such as dual palletizing stations, automatic pallet retrieval, and empty pallet pick and place. The system also works with many different types of grippers – vacuum, pneumatic grippers for boxes, bags, etc..
The intelligence is in the software
The system’s true intelligence lies in its software, powered by the Ignition platform and the proprietary Siviko Easy Pallet software, which allows operators to create new palletizing layouts without programming skills.
