Precision and accuracy are key to many industrial processes. Three of the key products of ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions,<\/strong> which the company’s team will demonstrate at MachTech&InnoTech<\/strong>, are aimed at this segment.<\/p>\n

From October 3 to 6, attendees of the international exhibition will discover the advantages of ZEISS Duramax with Duplex system, ZEISS CALYPSO and Silent Conference Area.<\/p>\n

ZEISS DuraMax with Duplex system is intended for and quicker and easier setup during the measurement process. ZEISS DuraMax is a unique measuring equipment in the shop-floor class that enables simultaneous work with a ZEISS VAST XXT scanning tactile sensor and a rotary table (4th scanning axis),” the company shares. The combination is extremely useful when measuring gears, rotationally symmetrical parts and complex prismatic parts.<\/p>\n

ZEISS DuraMax provides reliable and repeatable results according to the new generation of GPS standards for determining geometric characteristics (size, shape, orientation, location). The Duplex loading system allows pre-fixing of the workpieces, which optimizes the individual stages of the CNC-measuring process and further increases the productivity of the system.<\/p>\n

ZEISS CALYPSO is another of the products that ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions will emphasize during its participation at MachTech&InnoTech this year. The single metrology software platform designed for coordinate measuring machines. Easy, fast and reliable ZEISS CALYPSO performs measurements of geometric figures.<\/p>\n

Parallel to the company stand, from October 3 to 6, ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions will also reveal the advantages of its Silent Conference Area. “Experience our quiet conference area,” urges the company’s team. The Silent Conference Area gives us the opportunity to choose from a huge variety of specially prepared short videos and learn about the latest innovations from the world of industrial metrology such as: X-ray systems, automated solutions, scanning electron microscopy and interviews with customers about their overall experience @ZEISS.<\/p>\n
